Floral Maxi Dress with Smocked Bodice

This is a cotton maxi dress with an extremely stretchy smocked elastic bodice. It buttons up the back, but it is so stretchy you could probably leave it buttoned all the time. One button is missing, see pics. Pit to pit 13.5”, waist 14.5”, but I was able to stretch the pit to pit measurement to 22.5 in! The narrowest part that does not stretch is 30 in (so 60 around!) It has panels of a cute violet and yellow floral print and a stripy French ticking-type print, see pics. Has pockets!
