Very pretty and feminine. Fully-lined, cap sleeves, A-line skirt. White with light/medium/dark blue and periwinkle design that has a floral mandala look. No belt. Small repaired spot, likely where loop was (see photo). Beautiful texture. Shell- 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex Lining- 100% Polyester
