Floral High Waist Skirt

Skirt has never been worn. Still has original tags. Gorgeous medium weight floral material. Does have a nice stretch for all day comfort. On me it fits high waisted but it may fit lower on someone else depending on your waist measurements. The colors are nice and vibrant. Circle skirt style so it has a gorgeous swish and twirl when you move. Fits about knee high on me. No stain, rips, or frays.
