Floral Fringe Romper

I wore this once to model. New Without Tags (still has the clear hanger thingies). It's just darling. Excellent condition (brand new) from a St. Louis Boutique. Adorable fringe bell sleeves. XS/S I'm an XS and 5'2" and this fit perfectly. It's short.
