Floral Fit n Flare Mini Dress

Fit and Flare Mini dress with bold floral pattern. Fabric is smooth and stretchy and is very comfortable. Dress has capped sleeves with a crew neckline in the front and an open back with a tie at the top (see 3rd picture). Very cute and can be dressed up or down!
