joseys61 @shatoto hey doll! The bust and waist measurements laying flat across are: bust 14.5” and waist 13”. HOWEVER, this really isn’t the best way to access measurements on this dress due to the cut of the bodice and that it gives a little in some places. This dress would best fit someone who is a 34B / Size 2 / Size 25 bottoms. These are my sizes and this dress fits beautifully (not too tight but not baggy) and the lines accentuate the hourglass figure 💕
