@belliottpat hi! sorry I somehow missed your question until now. I’ll measure it in a minute, but I’m usually a 4 or 6 in bottoms and these fit me, I wrote a bit more about my size and the fit for reference in the description :)

I believe 10” is at the end of mid-rise + the start of high. the legs are also a bit longer in the back than the front so they’re short but aren’t meant to be cheeky. if you’re a standard 4/27, they’ll be form-fitting on you. I am a 6/28 with big hips/ thighs so when these fit me over the summer, they were tight but covered my butt. I put the measurements in the description so if you know your measurements or are able to measure a pair of shorts you own that fit well, you can compare!
