Floral Dress with Detachable Belt (Small)

I purchased this dress for an event but did not get a chance to wear it. This comes with an detachable tie/belt. This is a navy blue with a creamy/white floral print. Very comfortable, in excellent condition! I think anyone who wears a XS or Small will fit this dress. For reference, I'm 5"2, 130 lbs.
