Floral Dress / Cover Up

Would be cute as a cover up over a swimsuit !! Wear as a dress; but because the side slots are high; wear it possibly over leggings Pink floral print Approx 14” shoulder to shoulder Approx 37” long Approx 17” waist No labels; but I would say this would fit a snug Medium (Size 8) Side slits (one slit on both sides) are 18” long and start at the hips ! Two faults: One small stain on front left; see picture where I point (barely noticeable due to pattern). Second fault: slight tear at the top right side slit. Not noticeable and doesn’t affect functionality. Lovely pearlized buttons on front with threaded clasp closures. Appears to be homemade!
