Floral Delicate Wrap Tie Dress

Such a flowy beautiful dress that is great for spring and summer! The inside has two snap settings and wraps around to tie on one side. It is very lowcut, probably best for small-chested ladies or can be layered. Tag says 4 but I’d say it runs closer to a 2. Small seam separation in one armpit, otherwise in great condition!
