Floral Cut Out Fit and Flare Dress

Prefect summer dress for any event! I only wore this once for my birthday! I wish I could still fit it. It is tight on the ribs, but fits everywhere else. I usually wear a size 0 or 2 Adjustable strap 28 in bust 32 in length from strap
