Floral Cold Shoulder Dress

Beautiful twirl dress! Perfect for a wedding guest or for a trip to wine country! Brand new- I purchased a few dresses from a store planning to pick one and return the rest, but turns out the store was in Australia, and return costs are more than this dress cost!
