Floral Blue Mini Dress

Pretty blue dress that features a raised whitish/light blue flower design. I get undertones of purple. Fit & flare / a-line / skater style, so fitted up top with a high neck and flares at the pleated bottom. This sleeveless dress is great to dress up or down. It works for everyday use, but I think equally fabulous at a wedding, school dance, holiday, or on vacation! Perfect for summer, but also cute layered in the spring or fall.
