This is an off the shoulder blouse by White House Black Market. This top is a size XXS. This is a gently, seldom if ever worn. Cream, purple and Black color top with a dangle tie in front. The dangles end with silver beads. The front and back and top of the sleeves are pleated. (see photos) The sleeves and the waist of the blouse are elastic. You can wear this top over a pair of jeans or a pencil skirt. It looks great both ways. Very good quality. Seldom worn and in great condition. It is not lined. The fabric is a Polyester. It is stretchy. It is in great condition . I've described it to the best of my ability. It is clean. I bought it in the USA and wore it while in England.
