Great light and summery a-line skirt with beautiful floral, watercolor-like design. Measurements: -Waist (laying flat): 14.5" -Waist to bottom of skirt: 23.5" *I'm 5'5" and wearing the skirt at my natural waist, the bottom of the skirt hits right at the knee.
