Floral American Eagle blouse with flared sleeves

This blouse is perfect for the spring or fall!! It has a lace up design in the front and flared sleeves. This piece is gently used, and unfortunately no longer fits me. This blouse can fit a medium (looser fit) to an L/XL (tighter fit). I’m always open to offers!
