mbwenzl @sportsman267 Yes - the material used to make the straps was taken from the bottom of the dress. I honestly don't know how much was cut from the bottom. I'm sorry!

mbwenzl @kmw1021 hello!! The fabric is a printed polyester with a classic and subtle shimmer and certainly can be worn to all kinds of events from a garden party to a black tie event. I can ship overnight of course!
