Floor length summer Gianni Bini dress

Comfortable dress with elastic waist just above the hips (very flattering). Can be worn with or without the belt it came with. Size is xs, but I usually wear a small and fits me perfectly. Has adjustable straps. I am 5'6" and it hits the floor. Has 2 layers of ruffles on the top. Would be nice for a summer wedding. Worn twice
