Floor length dress, turquoise,size 10, dressafford

Lacey top with beads and little flowers, very flowy layered bottom. Material is chiffron. Low cut in back. I am 5ft tall and this dress would need to be hemmed for me and I think anyone under 6 ft. I bought this dress for my wedding and due to covid never had time to alter it, then chose to get a different dress. I think this dress would be great for prom or wedding. I removed the tags, but this dress has never been worn.
