Floor length blue velvet dress with side slits, 2X

This is a gorgeous blue velvet dress with a plunging v neckline and adjustable spaghetti straps. It hits me right at the tops of my feet. The velvet is very soft. It has a gathered back. It is a bit oversized, I would call it a sheath style! It is from Old Navy. I've only worn it once.
