Floor Length gown

NWT - JS Collections black and white gown. This is a size 6 but it fits more like a 4 (this is why I'm selling it). It's beautiful and elegant but it was so tight I couldn’t breathe or sit in it. Formal dresses usually run a size smaller. I bought it online and formalwear is was not allowed to be returned to the store. Never been worn.
