Flirty, ruffled flouncy little cocktail dress. Ruffles around the shoulders and running up the sides of the front. Romantic, perfect for summer weddings and cocktail parties. New with tags! I received this as a gift and unfortunately, it does not fit. Sized as a US XL, it is 16" from shoulder to shoulder, up to 42" in the bust, 38" in the waist, and up to 46" in the hips, with the entire dress being 38" long from shoulder to hem. Sorry about the slight wrinkling in my photos, it has been in storage and has not been cleaned, tags are still on. I am moving across the country, so not holding onto clothes that might fit someday!
