joanneva @scosenze I agree you are being helpful but I purchased from you based on your representation that if problem I would get credit for what I spent. I don't think it's right that I send back perfect clothes that were perfect when you sent and then I lose more money by paying for shipping again and then you have sale and perfect clothes plus extra money. I'm ending up paying over $20 in shipping once I return plus pay again to get new item which is 37 and my credit worth 45?

joanneva @scosenze well I may be incorrect by calling it a scam but it seems to me if you say I have a credit and will do an exchange and then you expect me to pay shipping again and I exchange for a cheaper item and then I pay shipping again and lose an additional $7 on top of 2 more shippings- that sure feels like I'm the one losing out a lot more than was promised. I don't know how to see it any other way. Isn't a scam when one person loses money and doesn't get what they paid for? i would have been less upset if you would have been upfront with me and said no returns no exchanges. At least that would have been honest.
