Flirty Floral 🌻 Boho Summer Dress

Boho floral print strapless dress. elastic around top which gives adjustment in the bust area, at waist which I believe is more an empire waist. Would look adorable with brown leather belt! Ruffled bust line & bottom has a small crochet bordered hem. Tag says Medium, I wear small usually , this fits me fine, but could fit a smaller medium.
