Flirty Black Strapless Flower Pocketed Dress BNWOT

So cute, fun, and flirty black flower formal dress with black velvet and shimmery silver accents. The waist is ruffled, like a cummerbund and it has deep pockets on each side!! Who can’t use a formal dress with pockets?!? There is a white stain on the front {second & fourth picture} that is deodorant from being tried on one day; it will definitely wash out when cleaned. The ribbon is the same material as the dress. This dress is ready for so many more occasions!!
