Top of dress is bkack sequined with vee neckline and feathered shoulders. Seems down front to a gathered drooped waist. Short front longer back hem line has a netted lining in skirt. No size lable, 6 is written on but may be between size 4-6. Found a few sequins loose or missing. Great condition.
