kristakibler @angbrister hey love! I actually think this would fit a size 3 better!!! It was big on my two year old so I had to roll it up. But according to the Flexi-Lexi size chart a xs is for 2-5 year old. Waist is 17-20” inseam is 20” and waistband is 3.5” 💗
