This flippy little “Scrappy Skirt” is made of a mash-up of fabrics but all are white with black motifs. Some are 100% silk, some are silk/cotton blends, some are Rayon/Spandex but the collection is all Steampunk! Add a bit of ribbon trim and black grommet tape and you have a cute little party number. Skirt is lined in 100% raw silk. Skirt has wide elastic waist band for a comfortable fit. Dry Clean Only Made in the USA Unknown Content on some fabrics. Others are silk.
