Beautiful sequin and bead work with halter style neck and cutaway shoulder. 2 button closure at the back of the neck along with zipper closure in the back. Fully lined. This item has been cut and is missing a patch at the bottom of the dress as seen in the photos. It could be altered into a mini dress as the rest of the dress is in excellent condition.
