Flattering dress

Soft cotton dress worth a bubble skirt. Feels like lounge wear but looks amazing & can be easily dressed up with accessories! Please note the slight defect at the seam between bust and skirt on the right side of the dress, it is not coming apart, has been this way all along. Bundle with my size 8 Teva boots for a perfect winter look!
