Flattering Summer Halter Dress 1

Soft V-neck halter dress with unique, flattering, colorful patterns on a black background. Originally purchased in a small local shop. Excellent condition. (May need to steam out some wrinkles or air dry it since it has been stored awhile now.) Measurements pictured. Flexible material & cut. Light weight. Perfect for hot days.
