Flashback to 1980’s.... Babydoll Floating Cowl Neck Dress Union Label

Not sure how the cap short sleeves, the babydoll / empire waist AND the cowl neck all are supposed to work together... but they do! Attached thin sash belt to tie in back. USA made, Union Label still attached. Signs of wear include & are limited to: underarm discoloration & White streak (looks like paint ?) on one shoulder (priced to reflect condition) Measurements flat one side bust 17”, waist & hips flow free. Length is 40”
