Flash sale: 90’s stretch velvet skirt 🤩

This dark chocolate brown skirt is the *quintessential* 90’s / y2k skirt. My mom would call this velour; back in the day, people referred to this material as stretch velvet. It does have some wrinkles, which may come out with some care. The elastic is in perfect condition. Tagged L but fits like a medium. 90’s sizing (probably juniors), so please check the measurements (It fit me loosely as a 4-6, and would stretch to fit a larger size). 13.75” waist, 17.25 long. 85% polyester, 15% spandex.
