Flash Girls Polka Dot Dress

Vintage girls polka dot black and pink dress manufactured by Flash during the 1980s. Size is Medium and lying flat it measures about 15 1/2" armpit to armpit, 13 1/2" across the waist, 28" top to bottom, and has 9" sleeves. It has a button at the back neck, slit at the back skirt, and small shoulder pads. Some general wear but no noticed stains or rips. 🩷🖤
