Flared turquoise 3/4 length sleeve blouse

This blouse has a modern feel with pleather collar and a flirty flared bottom. Nice turquoise color - would pair well with black jeans or leggings. Maybe worn once, just didn't suit my body style. Comes from a smoke-free but dog-friendly home.
