Flare skirt LBD

Really cute flared skirt and the top half is lace with a lining under the bodice and not the sleeves. There's a tie at the waist that ties at the back to cinch in the waist - v flattering. I've worn it a decent amount, can't spot any imperfections as such though. Bought in Dubai
