@ivaaaay These pants are suppose to be tighter around hips, waist, and thighs then flare out... the sizing is just a traditional small you would buy at any department store... forever 21, Macy's, etc. if you know you are a size small then these should fit you great. It is suppose to be tighter then flare. "Fit and flare" I would call it.
