Flapper Style Black Beaded Dress, Sz 16. Would be great for a costume or dress up party. Never wore because it was too small for me. In great condition, looks like all beads are in tact, but might be one or two missing. I don’t see any issues at all. No stains or rips! Pit to pit: 20.5” Waist laid flat: 17”
