Flannel tunic dress NWT

New red and navy with black & yellow flannel dress with tie belt. Size small. Laying flat, it is 18” across under each armpit. Yoke measurement across the back is 14”. Sleeve length up to the shoulder is 21”. Shoulders to hem is aprox 35”.
