@lynnsun hello sorry for the delay. it more like a 3/4 length sleeve, it has a nice inside pattern so looks best either with the cuff flipped or rolled to elbows.
It's 17 inches across the chest. so would fit someone who wears 34 bra size...that's in the back buttoned position, has about an inch more depending how you yoke the back
it's 27" on the lowest point of the scalloped bottom hem...25" on the shortest point - sides.
it's very flattering.
