mjohnson9819 @fbgnhghmj6788 It is a t-shirt, not a dress! However, may be able to be a dress on a petit person. The shirt stays up because it is long-sleeved, no hanging strings attached - didn’t come with any. Length from shoulder to bottom is 27 inches.
