@kmleonhard hi, so not sure if this is helpful as I just measured it across but from end-to-end the bust is 15 inch and the waist is elastic so it stretches and from end-to-end the waist is about 11 inches. The top is a loose fit so kind of hard to measure as it’s not meant to be tight and again the waist is stretchy elastic. If you typically wear a size small it should fit. For reference, my boobs were about 34B when I wore this and I’m 5’3 120lbs
