is the staining only on the inside by the tag? any staining or rips on the outside?

What do you mean by the tab has broken by the neck? Not sure I can spot an issue there or know what a tab is.

@davidblades hi there, I am just referring to inside of the collar, you can see there is a stain there and the sizing tab has broken off. I think it's the second or third photo here.
