@ciara_beattie hi! It’s basically a water resistant shell. It’s perfect for light rain, but I wouldn’t wear it in a heavy downpour! :) If you want it to be water proof, Fjall Raven will wax it for you or you can buy the wax and DIY. It was perfect for me when I lived in New England. I would wear a sweater underneath and be good to go in fall/spring!
