Five below apple XR clear case with mercury and metal broken lemon pop socket

Purchased both for five below for apple XR and can’t believe pop socket broken in less than a year and they had so many rainbow AirPod headphone knockoffs that were so much cheaper that I was afraid to get as it wasn’t clear if there were buds included or it would require an additional trip to the very seedy Apple Store but I ended up spending $30 there on cell phone protection items that would actually fit my phone and rushed to the bank and they unfortunately couldn’t acknowledge anything because of the settlement against them and wanted both my parents numbers and obviously my parents aren’t in the habit of answering stranger calls they weren’t expecting and parked outside even though they were also very frustrated with this bank who breeched multiple customers informations and sure enough they were waiting outside to understand why ppl kept calling from this bank to apologize because they owed me money and there’s no proof they actually work there so I’m starting to get suspicious but this set can be fixed with rubbing alcohol❣️please note, clear or transparent is not a color option on the color chart but I love that it’s light and near invisible minus the broken pop socket and the teal dot was either the product or paint which I haven’t opened it or maybe nail polish? No idea but have to discount for damage:(
