This is a Fitz & Floyd Azalea Floral Salad Plate. It features a design of pink and orange azalea blooms with green leaves and gold accents on a black background. These plates are made of fine porcelain and were hand-decorated in the USA, although they were made in Japan. They are part of a discontinued collection from 1996. Adds charm to any decor.
