Fitted and has small stretch areas on back if needed for waist/hips. Really well made. Beautiful material and sturdy without being bulky. Approx measurements: sleeves/shoulder down 24in, length: 20in, bust:14in, bottom hem/has some stretch: 13 1/2in. Thank you!
