Fitted Striped Dress

Super cute mini dress with black/white stripe design. Bought from Nordstrom Rack. Fitted but does have a little stretch. Sleeves are also fitted & come all the way down to the wrist. It is short even for 5' me! Only worn once for a New Years party. Looks really cute with colored tights!
