sanna_tg Hi Haley- I charged the fitbit and tried to set up the device to pair with my iphone with the fitbit app. The fitibit is not pairing at all. I tried resetting the fitbit, restarted my phone, shutoff/shutdown my bluetooth on my phone and still cannot pair the fitbit with the application and my phone. Were you able to pair it and use it. I've tried yesterday and I tried all morning and still not pairing Any ideas or suggestions.

hloving11 @sanna_tg hello. Yes, it was paired to my phone and app when I took these pictures just last week. Before I put it in the box to send off I re-set the device and unpaired it to my phone phone. When the watch is on, is it in pairing mode? Gave you language options? And your Bluetooth is on on your phone and you have the right Fitbit app? In the pairing option in the app?

sanna_tg The device did not come in a box. It came in a ziplock bag with three additional straps. When I turned on the fitbit, I was only able to get to the language option and I selected English. After that, I attempted to add the device into the fitbit app and thats where I could not get any further. When I tried to pair it nothing happened. I tried almost 10 times and one time I got a red X. I'm not sure what is happening. I can try to let the battery run out on the fitbit and then re-charge

hloving11 @sanna_tg yes, it was in a bag. That I think I put in a box? But it worked fine with me. Was paired up until I put it in the bag/box to ship to you. If you don’t have any luck, you can send it back with Poshmark. Sorry for the inconvenience.
