laurencjordan @shanicast there are a few very minor scratches only noticeable if you hold the watch up in the right light and really look! No physical manual but they do have the manual on the fitbit website! The watch is app based so once it is synced to your phone you control and can see all your information (sleep, steps, heart rate and so on) on the app and the watch

coltonbay1 @laurencjordan it amazes me what people will say when you wont accept their offer. Went from offering 35 one minute, to getting a new one, shipped free w/7 bands a couple minutes later.
